Rodacciai studies and develops in-house new solutions to offer customers innovative products.
Starting from this aim, in 2016 we created the RodaFit^®, a process studied and conceived within the factories. Rodacciai was the first to appear on the market with a product that went beyond the standards, raising the level of quality requested till that moment.

Following the success of RodaFit^®, in 2017 we have implemented our R&D area dedicated to the development of new products, in order to further increase the product’s quality and above all to be as efficient as possible in offering a fast and flexible quality service. to customers.

In 2020, a new structure dedicated to the Quality Dept. has been created: RodacciaiLAB, thus integrating and renovating the Rodacciai laboratory and the R&D with new offices and new testing machines.
The R&D Dept., working closely with other areas, such as process engineering and production managers, has the aim of finding every possible solution to meet the customer needs, from the creation of production cycles « ad hoc » to the efficiency study of the plants themselves.

Roda Custom Line^® has taken shape through a corporate development project, carried out by the companies of the RodaSteel Corporation Group to meet the increasingly stringent needs of customers.
Specifically for the stainless steels, the Group boasts the possibility of having the entire production cycle under control, thanks to an intense synergy between Rodacciai SPA and the sister company Olarra SA (specialized in the production of stainless steels).
